Always There Counseling strives to ensure the EVERY person gets the help and support that they need. We are in network with multiple insurances but also offer out-of-pocket rates with a sliding scale and custom built packages to make our counseling services as accessible as possible.
Once you have completed signing up, you can select your counselor and begin therapy, or select a group therapy session to attend. Times that are convenient for you will be scheduled and your counselor will work carefully with you to assist with identifying goals for therapy. Everything is confidential and protected with the most secure software, so there is no need to worry that your information may be compromised or heard/read by anyone other than your therapist. Always There clients can begin working on their issues and problems with their counselor at their own pace and with the confidence of knowing they can access the help they need when they need it.

Let us know what type of counseling you think will work best for you. Once we receive your information, someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours to set up your individualized and personal counseling just the way you request it. You can select the amount of counseling or number of sessions that you would like to receive and you can even choose a monthly package allowing ongoing access with low monthly payments. Counseling is provided by licensed counselors and mental health professionals who have years of experience and who have completed a background check.

Video Counseling: $120 per 53 minute session
Face to Face Counseling: $135 per 53 minute session at our Roanoke office
In-Home Mental Health Support/life coaching & Care: $80 per hour, in-home and community based services
Online Group Counseling: $25 per session
Face to Face Group Counseling: $30 per session
*These prices reflect our standard pricing, however Always There Counseling does offer reduced rates using a sliding scale when necessary.
